Service Director Russ McDuffy was very thorough in getting the issues I had related to updating my navigation system taken care of and I appreciated his attention to detail as well as keeping me infor getting the issues I had related to updating my navigation system taken care of and I appreciated his attention to detail as well as keeping me informed as to the progress. He was very professional and I felt he listened to what I needed for my vehicle. Gus Reynoso explained the contract for a loaner to me so I understood what my responsibilities were and appreciated him getting me through the process so that I wasn't rushed. Difference of opinion between the sales representative Carlos, and the I. T. guy. Carlos insisted the vehicle had a feature and the I.T. guy insisted that it did not; couldn’t agree. Asked to get a cal Carlos, and the I. T. guy. Carlos insisted the vehicle had a feature and the I.T. guy insisted that it did not; couldn’t agree. Asked to get a call back from the manager to settle this and no one called us back. Took the vehicle to Roseville Lexus dealer and problem was solved. It turns out, the vehicle DID have the feature, it just wasn’t turned on. More

It's been great. When the rear brakes were replaced the wheels were returned to the car in matching position to the front wheels, shows attention to detail.
