This bright, new store offers comfort and indulgent hospitality. The icing on the cake for us was Johnny -- who brings a new level of service and support to car buying. He provided us with options and knowledge and understanding, delivered without pressure. His calm, caring demeanor and his genuine interest in meeting our needs/wants place him in a category by himself. Johnny turned the often dreaded task of car buying into a delightful experience. Chad in the finance department provided outstanding customer service -- again with knowledge and without pressure. To top it all off, the "Send Off Team" surprised us with shouts of cheer and "Congratulations!" as we took possession of our new Lexus. More
