Outstanding experience with Liberty Subaru as a dealership, entire process has been very smooth and easy. What stood out the most is the fact that during "seller's market" with limited inventory t dealership, entire process has been very smooth and easy. What stood out the most is the fact that during "seller's market" with limited inventory there was no attempt to take advantage. Of course price was a bit higher than during "normal" times but I still bought the car below MSRP when many dealerships were charging thousands more. On top of that there was no need to bargain as initial quote was very good. Both Tom Quinn in sales and Tom Portee in finance were outstanding, absolutely nothing that I can think of that could have been done better! More

The 3 employees (Jeremy Vasquez, Dan Meola, and Rob Bontemps) were very friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond. The price was pretty good too. They made our online experience painless. We had been to 2 other Subaru dealerships in our area whom were unable to find us a car that we wanted but Liberty said they had one coming September 22 and we picked up our car September 23. We drove 150 miles to get the car and we would do it again to get a car from Liberty. We had several people suggest Liberty to us after not finding anything with other dealerships. Other dealerships weren't too interested in helping find us a base model but Liberty was more than happy to help with a lower cost vehicle. I am glad we did look into Liberty. We will be telling everyone about Subaru cars and to go to Liberty. More
