Having decided I wanted to buy the Outback Limited XT, I used True Car (the pricing service for new and used cars) to identify available cars, and was introduced to Brian. The car I called about had just been sold (such is the Outback Limited XT's popularity), but Brian quickly identified another new Outback XT that was due at his dealership within a few weeks. After some discussion, I decided to enter into a contract to purchase the car. Brian then helped me every step of the way, helping me navigate financing, insurance, and every imaginable logistical detail, through when my wife and I took delivery of the car and drove it home, and beyond - now that I'm driving the car, he's answered all my follow-up questions, and given me additional advice. Brian is a patient listener (I talk a lot), and I always appreciated Brian's calm and clarity. Brian was my single, and exclusive, point of contact at Liberty.
