Another Great Experience We just bought our second new car from Liberty Subaru. The salesperson we worked with a couple of years ago, who was great, was no longer in the industry, so we were introduced to Dan Rovelli. Think of a stereotypical car salesman--you know: fast-talking, pushy, oily, maybe ingratiating. Now picture the absolute opposite: that's Dan Patient, low-key, unassuming, personable but not ingratiating or patronizing, listening more than he talks, to our needs and preferences--then responding with confidently knowledgeable answers and suggestions. A shoutout for Dave Finkel, as well, who handled the loan application and paperwork for both of our Liberty purchases. Not only is he super pleasant, but he offered us tips that provided real financial benefits. Based on our two experiences, I'm guessing that Dan and Dave are part of a larger, carefully cultivated corporate culture at Liberty that defies every stereotype and makes the process not only painless, but truly pleasant. This time, bought Subaru 2015 certified pre-owned Outback. Initially they were firm on price. They have shown all the background and service records of the car to prove their point. On my insistence, they have reduced by another few hundred dollars and it was a deal. 2 weeks after taking delivery, there was cranking sound underneath the car. Took it to dealership after sharing the video. They spotted and repaired free of cost. They even washed the car before delivery. It was a minor issue due to a loose nut which could be fixed easily. Dan Cohen, Nilsson Guzman from sales and Bob, Steve from service are exception people. Specifically calling out Dan and Bob, as they could smoothen the sales and unintended service processes and making it hassle-free fro me. Will recommend this dealership to everyone and will go back again and again. More

No-pressure salesmen I have bought multiple cars from this dealership and now my family has also purchased vehicles from here. It's strange for a dealership to have ZERO I have bought multiple cars from this dealership and now my family has also purchased vehicles from here.
