He has a very good grasp of the order/delivery process, is very easy to talk with on the phone and in-person. The car delivery date was as projected, which we were very happy about. I bought my first Subaru in 1999, and decided it was time to replace it in the fall of 2019. All thorough those years, my car was serviced only by the dealership. All thorough the years, the service department took great care of my care, and were always willing to answer my questions and help me out with any problems I had. When it was time for a new car, no thought about it. I went right back to Subaru and got a great buy on my leftover 2018 model. Again, I was treated with respect and courtesy, and I wouldn’t buy or take my car anywhere else for service. More

Only issue and it is a systematic one is the hassling for a price (I know the Saturn model failed). It is such a hassle to deal with pricing since the purchaser really has no idea what a car really costs and what a reasonable profit should be for the dealership. Nevertheless, the dealership was considerate enough to come close to what I was willing to pay and so our deal was done (and much cheaper than 3 other Suburu dealerships in our area and region). 5. I would recommend visiting a dealership to drive the car and then use the online experience to get some idea what their competitors are willing to sell their car. It is the only way, I think, that this is the only way that the consumer be satisfied that they did their best due diligence. More
