Walked in and they immediately gave me the fairest price in the area. Everyone else played games, which I did not appreciate. (I ended up getting my Outback from a different dealer far from the area, as they were the only ones that had my trim level and color in stock . . . and I was paying lots of money every day for a rental vehicle, so I couldn't delay. But I use Liberty Subaru for servicing and am very happy.) I have to say, they really did a great job once again with my lease. They gave me a very fair trade-in allowance for our old Honda. Not once during the entire experience did I feel pressured to buy a certain model, trim level, or servicing agreement. No last minute unpleasant surprises when I signed the papers. Very, very professional. Everything explained clearly. Showroom and adjacent service area very comfortable. They respected my time and handled paperwork efficiently. Upon our visit the show room I explained that I was not sure I wanted a Subaru but it was one of the vehicles I was considering. It was recommended I see John Clarke my sales person. He told me since I wasn't sure that I should drive different models to see which one I preferred. It was a rainy night and he got all wet showing me the vehicles. We walked around looking at different cars and colors. He went over each and every detail and explained the options to my wife and I. There was never a hard sell or pressure to buy. The end result is I bought an Outback from John Clarke and picked it up yesterday. I pride myself in thinking that I am a savvy car shopper and this was the easiest experience one could imagine. It's such a good feeling knowing that you purchased your car from a group that wants to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. I recommend Liberty Subaru to anyone thinking about getting a Subaru. More
