We told him that we needed to purchase an SUV but did not want to go through the pain of hours of back and forth negotiations. Ed's knowledge of the Subaru vehicles, his understanding respectfulness of our needs and time gave us the confidence that we can work with him. We told him that we were also considering an electric vehicle and that we were on our way to test drive one. I called Ed on October 20, 2018, met him at the dealership at 11:00 walked out at 11:30 having put a deposit on a 2019 Outback Touring. Ed promised that I could come back on 10/24/2018 and pick the car. All work was on time. Dave Finkel was also very professional in concluding the financial and paperwork.
