From the start, the relaxed friendly atmosphere at Liberty Subaru put me at ease. Jeff Wangerin, my salesman, took time to explain the vehicle and describe the various options, and patiently answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Rob's overview of the financial side of the purchase was relaxed and friendly as well. I would not have imagined a car-buying experience could be so pleasant and stress free! The car buying process can be daunting and confusing at the best of times; but when you are on your own and reeling from an unpleasant incident, it ca The car buying process can be daunting and confusing at the best of times; but when you are on your own and reeling from an unpleasant incident, it can make it worse. I am happy to relay that right from the get-go, Jeff Miletta was a treasure of information; he listened to what I needed and validated my need for a safe ride. He helped me figure out the "bells and whistles" on my 2018 Subaru Forester and seamlessly walked me through the process of owning my new ride. During the process, Jeff introduced me to Dave Finkel who advised me on the right car protection plan, insurance and finance details and set me up to pick up my vehicle the next day. Once everything was signed, stamped and sealed, I was on my way to drive home in the new car. Or so we thought. I learned that there was a computer glitch in the backup camera system for the car and since the service department was closed for the day, the car was not drivable. Enter the Knights: Jeff and Rick drove to a faraway lot to bring back the identical car and prepped it for me; they left me in the capable hands of Dave to figure out everything else from insurance, paperwork, options etc. And once again, I was ready to drive home in my new car. And this time, I did. I am giving this dealership and everyone in this review the highest ratings because they not only fixed a difficult situation but they also made sure that I was comfortable with all the decisions every step of the way. I am most grateful to Jeff for raising a flag on a safety issue BEFORE I left the dealership; to Dave, for being super-creative and running every option with me and answering all of my questions and concerns and to Rick for his overall support to making sure I went home satisfied with my new car. More

We signed the papers and were driving the new Forester within an hour of returning to the dealership. I was dreading the whole car buying experience but Daniel made it a pleasure. Also, kudos to David Finkel in the finance department for getting us through the paperwork and clearly explained everything. More
