Easy car buying This was by far the most chill lease experience I've ever had. When we met with John Clarke of Liberty Subaru, his personable demeanor and knowledge of his product sold us on Liberty Subaru, and eventually upon the car we purchased. John took his time, showing us the features of the car with expertise mixed with gentle humor. He was able to answer all of our questions and gave us the confidence that we made the right choice. When time came to work the financials of our purchase, Tom Portee took over and walked us painlessly through the process, and continued our incredibly pleasant experience of buying our new car. He was highly professional and personable, and offered us a deal we could not refuse. We got a good value for our trade in and great price for the new car from the start. No negotiating necessary. It made the whole experience comfortable and easy. We will definitely buy our next car from Ed again. The inventory at Liberty is also much better than other places we looked. They had the color combination we wanted. All in all a no-pressure atmosphere. Car-buying without the sleaziness. More
