I was told this was the only place to buy a Subaru, and was impressed by the level of service and the "everybody wins is the only outcome", nobody gets beaten to a pulp making a deal, attitude when I bought my first Subaru from this dealership in 2005, so returned for my next one in 2010, and made a beeline for my sales rep, Alex Welch, when I was ready to buy a 2018 at the end of April. The patience, attention, and thorough knowledge of the Outback Alex brought to the transaction, from helping me figure out EXACTLY what I wanted and didn't (side moldings are the ugliest ever invented, thank goodness he SHOWED them to me). Staying in touch over the 5 weeks it took to build and deliver this car. "Little" things like putting bookmarks in the guides to make sure I learned critical functions and could readily find instructions--who does that? Who walks me through everything I need to drive a new car home that has a zillion things not yet invented in 2010? Who stays past closing time to make sure my Bluetooth is connected to my phone? (Alex and Chris). I'll do another review for Bob on next service visit, who is equally impressive, but this shout out is for ALEX. Clone him. More

So when it was time for a new vehicle, naturally, my first choice was Liberty Subaru. There is no haggling on pricing. They give you their lowest price and you either take that price or maybe pay a higher price somewhere else. I feel the salespeople and service department are reputable and honest. I will continue to deal with them in the future as they are worthy of my trust. I enjoyed working with Ed Vogel in sales. He is a no pressure kind of guy and let me test drive a couple of cars. Tom Quinn explained all the features of the car and we were thoroughly impressed with all the safety features built into the car. We test drive the vehicle and upon returning to the showroom we talked price. Tom was not a hard, pushy salesman at all. We left to do our due diligence at other dealerships but cane back to Liberty and Tom Quinn. What a wonderful experience. More
