He was responsive anytime my husband called him and the process was very efficient and easy. When we came to pick up the car John spent time with us reviewing the features of the car and making sure that we were comfortable with everything. Rob Bontemps assisted us with the financing process. He had everything prepared when we arrived and ran a couple of different financing options for us to consider...very helpful. We finished all the necessary paperwork quickly and were on our way with our new car in a short time. We are the type of buyers who have walked away from dealers because we didn't like the approach of the sales person. John and Rob were both a pleasure to work with so Liberty Subaru won our business. Due to circumstances beyond his control, we ended up trading that Subaru in for a 2016 Hyundai Genesis. There had been an issue with the navigation volume on the Outback that really irked me because it could not be muted. The good news I learned was that Subaru resolved the issue in the 2017 Outback. The lease on my wife's Lexus is ending in January 2017. Since we already have a high end car with the Genesis, we decided to tighten our monthly expenses and opted to lease a new 2017 Subaru Outback. We immediately went to see Ed Vogel at Liberty Subaru, discussed terms, went for a test drive and confirmed that the Outback was as amazing as we thought it was and made the deal. After waiting just over a month, we are taking delivery on the new Outback in the next day or two. We are so excited to be taking delivery and grateful to have a sales consultant like Ed Vogel being there to answer all our questions and respond to our concerns. Ed, like all car sales people, obviously works on a commission basis yet he never pressures you to close a deal, does not try to sell you what you don't want or need. More sales people need to take lessons from Ed Vogel if they want to have customers return when car buying time is nigh. Thanks Ed, I look forward to dealing with you again in the future. I initially test drove a 2016 Impreza Sport with John and then later put down a deposit for a 2017 Impreza Limited. John was friendly and thorough in going over the process and getting back to me whenever I had any questions. I dealt with Rob when I put down my deposit for my car who was also very friendly. I picked up my car recently and went over the final buying process and the car with John and deal with Tom when it came to financing. Tom was very thorough and great to work with. I would recommend Liberty to anyone who wants to purchase a Subaru. More
