certified used car experience Salesman Dave Finkel provided excellent service as he provided a vast knowledge of the Subaru vehicle and the amount checks that the dealership does w Salesman Dave Finkel provided excellent service as he provided a vast knowledge of the Subaru vehicle and the amount checks that the dealership does when classifying a vehicle as "certified". Salesman Henry Dobson provided a fair price for our trade-in and Finance rep Kevin Mark provided clear understanding of the vehicle cost and provided a fair Percentage Rate for the finance. All in all, our experience with Liberty Subaru was pleasant. Keep up the good work guys. More

I HAVE 2 SUBARU DEALERS WITHIN I HAVE BEEN BUYING NEW SUBARU'S FROM LIBERTY SUBARU SINCE THE 1980'S WHO WERE RECOMMENDED TO ME BY A FELLOW EMPLOYEE. I HAVE 2 SUBARU DEALERS WITHIN 8 MILES FROM MY HOME HOWEVER THEY COULD NEVER COMPETE WITH LIBERTY'S PRICES & HAVE THE MOST COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE WORKING THERE. He wasn't pushy or aggressive in his sales technique, instead letting me come to my own opinions and thoughts on my own. He answered every question I had with ease and was very friendly. I found an ad for a similar Subaru at a dealership in Brooklyn for considerably less than the car I was looking at at Liberty. Jeff was able to make us a deal and brought the price down majorly to make a very competitive offer. His friendliness, easy going nature, willingness to work with me and my budget, as well as having the honesty to match the price of the competing car, really made a fantastic impression on me. I was very pleased and impressed with my experience at Liberty Subaru and would highly recommend them in the future. More

After bringing the car in, I was called rather quickly to discuss what was done and was told I didn't need service as I needed another 1,000 miles for service. Bait and switched the price on me. I was quoted a price via my e-mail for a Limited BRZ. I went in to talk to Damon (who was my contact during the entire process) and we were in a discu I was quoted a price via my e-mail for a Limited BRZ. I went in to talk to Damon (who was my contact during the entire process) and we were in a discussion about the vehicle, price, and my trade-in. While I was going over the details with my brother, who came with me, Damon came back and stated that the price he quoted for me was wrong and gave me a new higher price. That was an instant turn off and I was definitely not pleased. He would not honor the price he quoted and his supervisor/manager flat out said no as well. Damon told me that I would not find a better deal anywhere and basically didn't care at that point if I was going or not. They lost a sale that day. Afterwards he even told me "If you can find a better deal, I want you to e-mail me and prove it to me and make me eat my words." Why? Does it matter if I can find a better deal and prove it to them? Why would a customer need to prove anything to them in such regards? I was certainly put off and I do not recommend them. Dealerships that pull a bait and switch on prices should not be trusted. Please watch your dealings with Liberty Subaru. Thank you. More
