Dan Rovelli is a great example of why Liberty Subaru is the best dealership around. We couldn't imagine a more pleasant experience in buying a car--friendly, low-key, straightforward, and efficient. Daniel Rovelli was very professional and did a great job communicating everything that needed to be done. I had to travel over two hours to get to this dealership and just about everything was handled befor communicating everything that needed to be done. I had to travel over two hours to get to this dealership and just about everything was handled before I got there, only thing I had to do was sign the paper work. There were a lot of sales within the time I could get there and they fit me in pretty quickly realizing I still had a long drive to get home. More
Just wrapped purchasing a 2022 Forester Wilderness with Jeff this afternoon. My Fiancee came to Liberty a few years ago to purchase her Legacy, and the process was so relaxed and worry-free that the moment Jeff this afternoon. My Fiancee came to Liberty a few years ago to purchase her Legacy, and the process was so relaxed and worry-free that the moment I saw Liberty had what I was looking for in inventory we came right over to give it a test drive. Jeff was courteous, incredibly knowledgeable, and made the experience of buying a car (which is typically a pretty huge deal for most people) feel like a friendly, everyday transaction like one would have at a convenience store for your morning coffee. The price for the vehicle was an incredible value, and Jeff was straightforward with what packages he believed were and were not worth it. He had an associate show me around the vehicle when I picked it up, brought me over to Ryan the finance manager (who was also incredibly nice and reassuring!) to finish up the final paperwork, and took me over to the service department to introduce me to the staff there. For the first time in my life, I am actually looking forward to having a relationship with a dealership during my lifetime with the car. Between Jeff and Ryan, and Anthony and Rob (who my fiancee worked with on her car), I don't believe it's possible to have a bad experience with Liberty if you're in the market for a Subaru.
