Hi, Joe...looks like this is the second review that you've posted about your experience, just adding another associate (with whom you had no contact), so I'll simply re-post my response to the first: Hi, Joe...thank you for taking the time to submit a review about your experience. It's a little unfair to describe a "low end buying experience" without ever setting foot in the dealership, or actually speaking with anyone here. Since your correspondence with Dan consisted of only eight emails, I've had the opportunity to review the entire exchange. I'm happy to see that all of Dan's responses were respectful and factual. Unfortunately, we were not able to match the advertised price from the Subaru dealer in Maryland. Judging by your decidedly unprofessional response (which you sent just before you wrote this review), I gather that wasn't the answer you were looking for. I suppose you could interpret that as a "negative experience", but respectfully disagree that our inability to match the price of a Subaru dealer that is over 200 miles away makes Dan "horrible". Hopefully there are no surprises when you get to Maryland, and everything works out in your favor.
