The negotiation was professional and transparent. All questions and issues were addressed and answered without hesitation. The price and trade offer were better than fair and I purchased the vehicle. The closing, with Rob Bontemps, was equally a great experience. They kept to their offer and there was no extra sales pressure to add anything not disclosed.
