People were friendly and nice. Made our deal and signed the papers one day came back the next day to pick the Ram and had to wait for the truck to be washed and cleaned up. When finally ready I apparently got in a hurry and left a box of tools in the back seat of my trade in. About $150.00 worth of tools. I asked the salesman to look for them a few days later but of course they gone. My mistake but hoped for a little honesty with your employees. More
