From Robby to Devin to Scott to Ogg they refuse to take responsibility for what’s happened. I cancelled my add on maintenance and warranty April 2, 2021. Still have not gotten my refund. $6298.49 I have been paying interest in since then and now I find out that Ogg sent the refund to the wrong account. Per Hyundai Finance. When I call no mgmt will take my call. And Ogg told me He was too busy to fix what he did. He started yelling at me without even finding out the facts. That I was right! No people unless you enjoy crazy stress in your life, being disrespected and treated like crap. More
