My wife brought her Tuscon in for an oil change and was treated so poorly and then refused service by Matt Franceschini who told her "he wasn't going to work with her" after all she wanted to do was get c treated so poorly and then refused service by Matt Franceschini who told her "he wasn't going to work with her" after all she wanted to do was get checked in. He was argumentative and talked bad about my wife to a co-worker and laughed. He told us we could get it serviced elsewhere (which we did and will do from now on) hard to believe you spend all that money on a car and get told they won't work on it because someone was butt hurt my wife wanted to get checked in and on her way but because of commission she couldn't. If 0 stars was an option I would give it because honestly people like these don't deserve any stars. If you are going to work in a service job you should be able to deal with any customer with professionalism. More
