Worst service department that I have dealt with from any dealership. Lies and unprofessionalism to cover for doing anything. Would haven't given it a 4 except that the problem I came in to have fixed reared it's ugly head again yesterday and evidently your servicemen have no idea what the problem is. It's happened 4 times now in the last two months, twice on the freeway at 70 mph and twice at at a stop or accelerating from a stop. I paid over $800 to have this and a couple other issues taken care of so don't really want to pay more (much). I need someone to research this maybe with other dealers before I bring it in again. Please help because this can be dangerous at high speeds. I sent you a li k e message yesterday to you with no response. I like my Tucson and would look to Hyandai in the future, but if this cannot be dealt with I am soured to ever buy another Hyundai. Thanks for your help. More
