Customer service and walk through process was amazing. Great continued follow ups. Would return for my car maintenance needs. Jake Lopez did a 10/10 job and I was thoroughly impressed. Recommend a bunch of expensive and unnecessary services. Didn’t have a record of the services they had actually already done. Would not recommend to anyone. Didn’t have a record of the services they had actually already done. Would not recommend to anyone. More
I am very satisfied with the vehicle I purchased and the deal including my trade-in. However this experience was the typical “used car sales” experience. It started with a test drive of both a 2022 and 2023 deal including my trade-in. However this experience was the typical “used car sales” experience. It started with a test drive of both a 2022 and 2023 Ford Expedition. Everything went well however I felt there were issues with the 2022. The next day I texted the salesman a detailed offer on the 2023 Expedition. After getting no response I texted again later in the day. I received a reply that said he was busy that day and he would get back to me the next day. After not hearing from him the next day I texted again and received a non-answer answer. I then hear from another salesperson and find out the original salesman was off that day. After talking on the phone with the new salesperson she got back to me and said my offer was accepted with the provision that they had to inspect my trade. After arriving at the dealership they pulled out the 2022 Expedition. When I pointed out that my text offer explicitly stated the 2023 Expedition, they told me that they could not honor the offer. This made no sense since my offer was more than what they were asking for the 2022! They must have thought I was an idiot. I guess I was because with everything so far I continued to negotiate on the 2023. The final issue was I asked several time for them to measure the tire depth on the tires. What they finally told was latter proven false when I had a tire dealer measure them. The tire dealer had no reason to lie as I had already purchased and paid for new tires online. They also showed me the measurements. As I said in the beginning I am happy with my purchase, but getting there was typical of car salespeople. Finally I replied to a survey from Lithia and they stated they would get back to me with any issues I had. Of course I never heard from them. More

I had a 2022 Santa Fe that had 40,000 miles on it when I had to have it towed in because two fuel injectors failed. I had an extra car at that time so I left it at the dealership for replacement and didn’t had to have it towed in because two fuel injectors failed. I had an extra car at that time so I left it at the dealership for replacement and didn’t worry about the time needed for repair. Later when it had 48,000 miles on it I had to have it towed because the other two fuel injectors failed. This time I didn’t have a car to drive while it was fixed. I was told by my service advisor that because it was in warranty Lithia would pay for a rental car as they did not have any loaner cars available. Well it took two weeks to replace all 4 of the fuel injectors. My rental bill was $900. I submitted my request for reimbursement and was told that it would be reviewed and I would hear back it they decided to reimburse me. I received emails with questions regarding my submission. The last one want proof that I paid the dealership for the repairs. I sent in the receipt where it was 0 because it was covered under warranty. There is no cancelled check or other proof that I paid 0. Obviously the local sales rep does not know that his company does not readily refund customer for rental cost even if the problem is within warranty. I can’t believe that this is how a company treats its customers. They should have replaced all 4 of the fuel injectors the first time and they certainly should reimburse for the rental costs when they keep your only car for two weeks to replace parts that failed before the warranty expires. I also purchased and extended warranty beyond the regular 60,000 miles. I have not heard back from the company regarding reimbursement yet (over two months) and I doubt that I will receive anything from them. I have since sold my Santa Fe and would never buy one again nor encourage anyone else from buying one. I don’t blame the local service rep but I do feel the company is not supportive of those who buy their vehicles. More
