This is the 2nd Hyundai I’ve owned and completely regret both of them. First one was stolen by a stranger. Second one was basically stolen by the dealership. I bought this 2024 Santa Cruz in November brand new. Haven’t seen it since mid April, with not resolution in sight. Worst part is they can’t figure out what’s wrong with it and continue to charge me almost $800 a month. I am completely disappointed with this service. Never once heard from a so called service manager yet alone anyone with information about a path forward. On top of this we get a renewal notice from dmv regarding the vehicle we traded into Hyundai. Lots of empty promises. Would not recommend this dealership or Hyundai in general. Piece of junk foreign car. More
