Awful experience, I got a check engine light on in my brand new sonata with 600 miles. It was a sensor, they didn’t pay for my loaner car. I got to rent one and they gave me the car back with pieces of t brand new sonata with 600 miles. It was a sensor, they didn’t pay for my loaner car. I have had pretty good service with Lithia/ Hyundai and love the guy that services our vehicles. He's one reason we keep coming back. However, My biggest complaint is that this dealership keeps their love the guy that services our vehicles. He's one reason we keep coming back. However, My biggest complaint is that this dealership keeps their waiting room at 32 degrees. It's freaking cold in there and they don't do anything about it. If you like frigid temperatures you will love this place. For others of us that can't take the cold, I'm giving it 3 stars. More
