We purchased 2 cars and leased 1 since 2014. Dealership never showed loyalty or appreciation when I would call to have service done because they were too busy. They even lost our leased vehicle when we returned it. Once things started slowing down on the economy they were of course trying to do better. (This was 2022-2023 when they started trying) My recent service advisor was good. More
