Broken parts after Takata airbag replacement. I brought my car in to have the airbag replaced. When i received the car, everything appeared to be normal afterwards. Two weeks later, when I had a p I brought my car in to have the airbag replaced. When i received the car, everything appeared to be normal afterwards. Two weeks later, when I had a passenger in the car for the first time since the replacement, he tried to adjust the air vent and it completely sunk into the dash. I had a ham radio mount from ProClip USA installed on the dash. I found out that the clip had been improperly removed, which broke the clip. There was VHB (double sided foam tape) there to hold the clip in place. The Tech tried to use VHB tape to hide the fact that he broke my clip. I routinely go here for parts, and while the prices aren't super (what do you expect, it's a dealer!), the gentleman at the parts desk is always helpful. If you need service, I would recommend looking elsewhere. More

Dennis allowed us to test drive several vehicles, giving us the abitly to make a decision based on facts and what made sense for our family.
