fast oil change and tire rotation I had to return after leaving the dealership because they did not tighten the oil plate cover and some screws had fallen out prior to getting home. Wh I had to return after leaving the dealership because they did not tighten the oil plate cover and some screws had fallen out prior to getting home. When I got home I noticed a plastic piece hanging from under the car. I called Subaru explained what I had discovered, they requested that I come right back in. I did and they immediately reattached the plate and replaced the missing screws and clips. More

Thankfully, I arrived a few minutes early because the service center is closed and completely torn up due to construction and updating the building. It would have been nice to receive this knowledge beforehand, but I was directed to the temporary service center. Misty greeted me and wrote up the paperwork and advised me it would be about an hour and a half wait. She was right on the money for length of time. She is, by far, the most pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful person working in that area. More

recall for passenger airbag I just wanted everyone in the service department to know that my friend & I were totally blown away by the over the top service from the time we broug I just wanted everyone in the service department to know that my friend & I were totally blown away by the over the top service from the time we brought in my car for the airbag replacement til the time we left. Scott was so helpful as were the rest of the people up front, everyone was so pleasant & helpful, it was a really great experience. The car was don in the time frame that they stated. They helped us with the shuttle, & when we went back to pick it up - Scott was helping another customer & another fellow (sorry we didn't get his name) asked if he could help & he went directly back & got my car & had it up front & ready to go in no time at all. Oh yes & they found that it also had a recall on a brake line, & took care of that as well & also did a complimentary inspection of the whole car, found some other things that needed to be attended too.
