This newly remodeled dealership and service center is quick to sell you a car with service agreement. However service center quite possibly worst ever. Service center has gone through multiple managers , quick to sell you a car with service agreement. However service center quite possibly worst ever. Service center has gone through multiple managers , customer service reps will lie repeatedly about times and service done, try and be your best buddy and “hook you up” . technicians are incompetent and don’t care about their work. On the outside they look like a professional dealership but fail over and over again with their customers. You would think having purchased a vehicle from them they would try and take care of you!? Not here you are a low number at best. They advertise customer service is priority while lying and smiling right to your face. I wish this was isolated incident but from the first time I brought car in they lie. Im stuck with overpriced service agreement and forced to get my Maintenance there. 8 years and 225000 miles later still can’t get it right. I’ve even started going elsewhere and paying for service I’ve already paid for just to get job done correctly. Do yourself a favor run away as fast as possible. First of all, let me preface this review by saying that we were not in a good frame of mind when we visited. Our beautiful Kia K900 had just had another issue, and we were heartbroken over it because we re we were not in a good frame of mind when we visited. Our beautiful Kia K900 had just had another issue, and we were heartbroken over it because we really loved that car. However, we knew that the issues were going to just slowly keep creeping up, and my husband recommended looking at a Toyota. He’s owned Toyotas for years and loves them. But, like I said, my heart was broken over my beautiful Kia. Anyway, Tristan was our sales person and he absolutely could not be nicer. I really didn’t want to buy a new car, but I ended up with a gorgeous beauty. The dealership was clean, accommodating, and everyone was super friendly. We even went to high school with the gal that did our DMV paperwork, Tracy Nichol. She’s amazing, and got us a great rate. So I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody, even on a stressful day when you don’t wanna get rid of your car and get a new one. Lol. More
