Took nearly 4 hours for an oil change APPOINTMENT! TOOK 3 hours just to get recommendations, and they hadn't done the oil change. Additionally, an ongoing problem wasn't addressed. The dealership is poorly run. I had to wait 25 minutes to check in with one specific service person while he was on hold for another customer when there were 3 other service reps I had to wait 25 minutes to check in with one specific service person while he was on hold for another customer when there were 3 other service reps available. Once he was off the phone, he kept talking to me about another customer’s car issues. I asked the service rep to have an appraisal done on my car while it was there because we were thinking about selling/trading it in. After diagnostics were done, they called to tell me a “possible” issue with my car but could not guarantee the $4,700 fix was 100% the issue. Even though I know they are able to electronically see everything that is wrong with the car now. When I came back in to pick up the car, the service rep made me wait again and then told me stories about how he was “screwed “ over by a dealership when he was 18 years old with the diagnostic fee. Not anything I cared to hear about! The appraisers never got back to me with a quote for a trade in/sell until 2 days later! I just took my car to another nissan dealership and they told me the Lokey assessment seemed way to high. I then took my car to Carmax and I sold it all within in hour with no issue and lots of ease! As a female, I have frequently felt your dealership has tried to “rip me off” for being a single woman coming to the dealership. Poor service and I will tell anyone I know not to go to Lokey. More

Was not pleased. Bought out my lease and was charged for $2k worth of items the dealership did not provide that would normally be charged to a customer buying a new v Bought out my lease and was charged for $2k worth of items the dealership did not provide that would normally be charged to a customer buying a new vehicle. My car was already registered but I was charged for that. I had to pay a delivery fee. Why? I drove the car to the dealership as I had leased it for the last three years. Etc,etc. I paid the tax which was understandable but not part of the $2k. Also purchased a maintenance package but was not offered a breakdown of what was covered. Received the listing of covered items a few weeks later and was very dissatisfied with what my $895 investment really covers. Live and learn. More
