Service advisor was courteous and professional. He went above and beyond. When I picked up my pathfinder I left my fob lay on the counter. I had my spare in my pocket so I didn't realize it till I got hom above and beyond. When I picked up my pathfinder I left my fob lay on the counter. I had my spare in my pocket so I didn't realize it till I got home. I called and told him I left it but couldn't come back till the next day. About a half hour later he called me and said the shuttle driver was headed near my home and couldn't drop it off. I am impressed that he was concerned about me having to drive back to pick up my fob. The driver dropped it off at my home a half hour later. Thank you for going the extra mile to take care of your customers. More

I dropped my truck off on a Thursday evening (thinking it would be a normal routine visit) and didn’t find out until Friday night at 5:30pm that I was getting my truck back and they needed to put me in renta would be a normal routine visit) and didn’t find out until Friday night at 5:30pm that I was getting my truck back and they needed to put me in rental for the weekend. No call all day, until I called them at 5:30pm to check when my truck would be ready. To top it all off, not only was the rental car smaller, but I found a lovely pair of someone else’s underwear in the backseat of the rental! More
