Yes and no! Yes for most cars probably. But not for a mini! I got my mini there and it seems like nobody knew how to deal with it! It was there for over 24 hours and then they sent me to FERMAN Mini! Did mini! I got my mini there and it seems like nobody knew how to deal with it! It was there for over 24 hours and then they sent me to FERMAN Mini! Didn’t know how to handle the diagnostics or turn off the alarms which were mostly because the sensors weren’t working correctly. They did the oil change but did not note in any logs anywhere - on anything they’ve ever done. They didn’t know how to turn off the brakes sensor either . So it looks like in the history of the car nothing was done. And Mini said they couldn’t turn it off because they didn’t do the work. I think if you sell minis you should find out how to service them!! Everyone was very friendly and informative but the bottom line is I had to go somewhere else. More

The service itself was very good, but waiting time was a bit higher than expected. Not a big deal, because I had my laptop and could work near the reception desk. On the phone I made clear a price I was willing to pay. When we finally sat down with that Finance manager, the price was over $2000 more. They blamed me for not being clear - that’s crap. He was fantastic. He went and found another vehicle at the right price. Will never buy another car from again.
