I’ve called my finance manager multiple times with zero returned calls about my plates and other info. After almost a month I had to contact a different person altogether to get me what I needed; which acc returned calls about my plates and other info. After almost a month I had to contact a different person altogether to get me what I needed; which according to him wasn’t ever started until I called. As I write this, my temp tags expire today and I’ve yet to receive my plates. Pretty disappointed with how the car was “detailed”. The car was already “clean” so the detailing took ten or so minutes. There was still crumbs in the catchers, sticky substance in the steering wheel controls, and a phone cord (that I mentioned and asked for removal) under the passenger seat was just cut instead of removed from the track. Overall I’m pretty disappointed with my first dealership experience and will continue to buy third party from now on. More
