I brought my car in for an oil change and because the lights on the dash were on. Sales tried to replace a drive belt that was 2 months old and when I told that guy that Subaru belts are supposed to be lights on the dash were on. Sales tried to replace a drive belt that was 2 months old and when I told that guy that Subaru belts are supposed to be 100,000 mile belts and that means they either didn’t replace the belt or put in a defective one, he came back and said it was dirty. Also he told me I needed a new transmission when the noise is from the torn underbody cover which they did not offer to change. The dash lights are a defect of that year Subaru when the gas cap is loose. They did not reset that either and wanted to charge for a transmission check. I called Lokey Subaru and the service manager said they would but I just had a friend reset it. Lokey Nissan: Smug jerks! More

My sales rep Mike he was great he was able to help me find the perfect car and also got me in brand new car not used with no money done. Now the finance part I hated I left without really been approve fo find the perfect car and also got me in brand new car not used with no money done. Also my current car loan was never paid and I have a late payment on my credit report now and the car still isn't paid off. Never again More
