oil change shouldn't take 2 hours. I had a appointment time and I was right on time but had to sit in waiting area for 2 full hours for a simple 15 minute oil change. Frustrating! Greeting and service were great. Last 2 times I’ve arrived to pick up my car because I chill at home since I live nearby, the guys at the desk look at me like I’m an idiot walking in Last 2 times I’ve arrived to pick up my car because I chill at home since I live nearby, the guys at the desk look at me like I’m an idiot walking in there. The female who checked me in was on the phone so I stopped at the 2 guys who didn’t have customers and it took them around 10 seconds to both look up from their computers to make eye contact. They didn’t greet me. I had to say I’m here to pick up my car. They asked, who did you check in with? I pointed to her further down the desk who was still on the phone. They said I had to pick it up from her. I walked down there with frustration on my face. I got to her desk and turned back and looked at the 2 guys. One of them saw she was on the phone so he came down to her area and grabbed my keys and paperwork and asked me to come back to his desk to check me out! That was the last trip. The time before that wasn’t as bad but I remember leaving having similar feelings about the customer service there. More
