Over 24 hours for an oil change I dropped my car off at 2pm on Friday (had 5pm appointment for oil change). At 7:30pm, no call back yet, so I called the center to find out. The recep I dropped my car off at 2pm on Friday (had 5pm appointment for oil change). At 7:30pm, no call back yet, so I called the center to find out. The receptionist had no idea where my car was, or the key, or the status of the service. I had to borrow a car to get to work the next day. I called back in the morning on Saturday and was told it needed a new battery, which I bought. When I came to pick it up at noon, the oil wasn't changed! I waited another hour before I could take it home, then realized the complimentary wash and vacuum was never done. That's three strikes in only one visit! I called back twice to speak with managers but received only the voicemail, which was I left. More
