The Body Shop came through in the clutch after an accident in our brand new Rogue. Damage to the rear end prevented the hatch door from closing, and we had to drive home 1000 miles to MD. When I arrived, they immediately took it in to assess the damage. Within an hour, they were to secure the hatch door, and sealed the seams with plastic and tape. We were able to drive it home, and even use it for another four weeks, until the replacement parts arrived at our local body shop. Job well done! More

There was a hidden (rather surprise) price component to the tune of 4000$ that threw me off the track. Despite paying for that, I couldn't get any support from the dealership after sales. My number plate arrived after 2 months and when I tried to connect to the sales rep, he was not even ready to talk to me. Despite being a certified car, the car has starting troubles at temps below 40. There is a grinding noise from the steering wheel, which is present even after a so called expensive repair done by the dealership itself. I seriously doubt the condition of engine. I am rating 3 because of the presales support. More
