Justin, was no where to be found when my car was done , called me 2 hours after leaving dealership to tell me the same thing he told me while I was in waiting room. Very confusing. Then I have been trying to reach him about that duplicate info ( call) and to also inform him the technician who changed my oil changed my odometer to read in a diff format and I cannot switch it back. 4 CALLS AND A VOICEMAIL for the service dept. No one is ckg vm messages, no one has called me back. I will revert back to only dealing with Anthony. More
I expect to wait a while, but not as long as i did. It was my first oil change and check up on my new Rogue. On top of waiting 3 hours for it to be completed, I ran out of windshield washer fluid 5 day It was my first oil change and check up on my new Rogue. On top of waiting 3 hours for it to be completed, I ran out of windshield washer fluid 5 days after. So when they claimed to check and fill all fluids, they obviously didn't. My other vehicle is a Hyundai from Crown in St Pete. Comparing the 2 dealerships, not only in service but also in sales, Crown beats Lokey by 3 stars. More

There is a huge disconnect between the scheduling department and the service department. There is a knowledge gap among advisors in the service center. Also, there is no followup if an issue is not resolved. Recent experience: I scheduled time to go into the service center in order to get a rim repaired. I explicitly told tge scheduler this and I took a day off to do this. When I got there, I was told that rim repair is done with a third party and they are not at the dealership on Monday. I was told by the advisor that he would verify that my rim insurance covered the repair, confirm when the repair could be done and would call me back. I'm still waiting for the call back after 3+ weeks. When I called back I was told that I could come in any time for the repair. What??! More
