Was not happy with the service center at my last visit. I had an issue with a paint service that was suppose to be noted and they stated would charge me when it was suppose to be done for free. The sales p I had an issue with a paint service that was suppose to be noted and they stated would charge me when it was suppose to be done for free. The sales person had to pay out of his pocket for the paint pen to fix chips of the paint from when I bought the car. The other issue was I had scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. The tire rotation was never completed and when I asked why they stated they didn’t know but I didn’t need the rotation because the threads were the same. I didn’t care if the treads were the same. I scheduled a tire rotation, if they felt I didn’t need it at that time they should have pulled me to the side and informed me instead of making it an excuse at the end when the service was not completed More
