I called to make an appointment to bring my car in. The night I picked it up the detail people buffed the car and in the sun it looks horrible with all the swirl marks. I.wanted it fixed. I was transfered to this person that apparently makes the appointments. What I encountered was a young women with a major sharp attitude. I told her about the car and what I wanted done and she was annoyed to even talk to me and just wanted to argue. I didn't catch her name but I sure would rethink my staff answering the phones. I was so upset.by her that I called up to cancel my appointment. I think I got the same nasty attitude women. I.won't come back at this time because if her. She certainly doesn't.have people skills.
