your service department Is very nice and friendly the donuts and coffee and comfy chairs are terrific however the last service call I had I'm very irritated that it was noted my serpentine belt and my wi donuts and coffee and comfy chairs are terrific however the last service call I had I'm very irritated that it was noted my serpentine belt and my wipers had use on them the service call prior to that my wipers were replaced by you so you either gave me defective equipment or the mechanic is blowing smoke and since my serpentine belt is neither loose or squealing I believe it to be the latter I would like the whole service jargon of that removed as I know it can affect my service warranty it's the first time I've not been happy with service and I normally take care of my car as it is being announced to me but on these two issues holy smokes if that's what you're offering I may not be back More
