I bought my car from them brand new, and have serviced it there as scheduled. I have even referred 2 people to them one of which (mother in law) bought her car from them. So up until recently I’ve been pleas there as scheduled. I have even referred 2 people to them one of which (mother in law) bought her car from them. So up until recently I’ve been please with them, however I recently brought my car in for some noises that I knew weren’t normal and I wanted to make sure that it was address because my warranty was about to expire, they said they found the problem blamed it on the company that repaired my brakes stating that they had put them on backwards but that they went ahead and fixed it which I don’t believe was correct because it was another Nissan dealership that did the brakes. They told me that’s what was making the noise the noise continued and still is doing the same thing but when I called they wanted to charge me to look at it and repair it if necessary. I am so not happy with Lokey Nissan. More
