I was very pleased with the service I received with Kevin Massey. He greeted me and told me of the location for coffee and goodies and pointed out the location of the restroom making the visit more comfortab Massey. It took 6 weeks for warranty repair on my diesel Titan XD. I had to contact Nissan corporation in another state to track down the part the dealership couldn't find. A turbo kit which they said was never g XD. I had to contact Nissan corporation in another state to track down the part the dealership couldn't find. A turbo kit which they said was never going to be produced again. I found it! But I had to call around and find part then have the part shipped to my dealership. 6 weeks for a repair under warranty!! At least my warranty included a rental. In the end the repair was done right and truck is running strong! More

I recently had my car towed up to Lokey Nissan because my car wasn't performing correctly, and was on the verge of breaking down. So, they ran a diagnostic test to determine the issue. After finding it and car wasn't performing correctly, and was on the verge of breaking down. So, they ran a diagnostic test to determine the issue. After finding it and quoting me their price to fix, my buddy, a former car mechanic, told me that price was outrageous. I bought the part at a local car parts store, and my buddy literally fixed it in 10 minutes. Saved me a lot of money. However, the issue wasn't primarily the cost but my buddy found screws and parts were missing after the Lokey Nissan service techs inspected my car and were told I wasn't going to have them fix it.I normally don't write my experiences in surveys, but this was unacceptable and it really upset me. I've had my last 3 vehicles from Lokey Nisaan, and am currently looking to buy a new car very soon. I guarentee you I will not use Lokey Nissan. More
