I went there to buy a car advertised online for 27,000. When I get there the car cost 34;000. They said they would do a soft pull on my wife’s credit, instead they did a hard pull four times! The managers there come across like conmen, condescending and rude. I will never go back to Lokey, for service or anything else. Instead went to Courtesy Nissan in Tampa and purchased a brand new Rouge SV Premium for the monthly payment we could afford. I will drive 20 miles out of my way now to get both my Nissans serviced there. More

Took the car in for an oil change and told them rear brakes were making a pop pop pop sound when using brakes and then releasing some pressure. They did a visual inspection and told me it was normal and not to worry about it and if it gets worse bring it back and they will look at it…My wife was not happy to hear this, it’s a new car, it should not be making any noise. It’s like they didn’t want to be bothered with it. Not only that they didn’t even wash it like they said they would. It’s stated on my invoice that it was washed and vacuumed, but it was untouched. This happened on October 7th…..So I then made an appointment at MAUS Nissan, and they fixed the problem. It was something to do with the brake drum. I have invoices from both dealerships if you need more information. Because of this I don’t even think Lokey should get 1 star. Instead I give them 3 sad faces ☹️☹️☹️ More
Brought my car in to get fixed around my windows and not even a week later. I got 2 bubbles. I called to ask. I did not know she got the messages or not. Anyways my warranty is running out and I Called for a update of when I can get my car into fix It again I left the voicemail. No answer, no return call and I don't appreciate that. So if anyone ask I will not give a good review More
