Horrible communication! Lokey advisor never contacted me to tell me 1) that they he was goin go pto and another service advisor was taking over 2) my part was being delayed Lokey advisor never contacted me to tell me 1) that they he was goin go pto and another service advisor was taking over 2) my part was being delayed. As a result I had to call off work because no one contacted me to tell me they had to keep my car another day. When I called in at 530- everyone had left for the day. The service manger who I left a vm for refused to ever return my phone call until I left a review for the owner to contact me. My experience was horrible. More
