Dave, Not sure HOW you expect to "fix" my experience. This was the second time Chuck was disrespectful, rude and with sarcasm. How is he allowed to be in any type of a role where customer service is a huge part of the job? Sitting for hours with no update, when I asked about my car's status being told only "you will be after lunch" . I was there before 9am and sat patiently with no updates. When I pushed back about my vehicle being there 3 hours already the reply I got was "they need to eat lunch" a sarcastic reply. Again I said, I understand they need to eat but EVERY MACHANIC is on lunch? Again, I got the same reply "they need to eat lunch". I then asked Chuck why he didn't tell me it would take this long. His reply was "I didn't know". SERIOUSLY? He said he had been there for 10 years but he didn't know that it would take over 3 hours to complete? I find that hard to believe! I stand by my review and do not see how you can possibly help. My trust is shattered with your service department and do not feel confident that my car will be taken care of correctly anymore. Or that i will be treated with the dame respect I showed.

I will tell you the first experience with Chuck. I brought my car in because while I was parked in the drive thru picking up a perscription, I found the tachometer going up passed 2 without the gas pedal being pressed. It would rev up continually. The mechanics took the car and after 1.5 hours they returned it saying they didn't find any issue. I wonder if they even looked at it truthfully. Chuck then tried to blame me saying it was because i had the air conditioner going and that will cause the tachometer to spike. Guess he tought I was real stupid! WELL, I brought it back because the tire pressure light came on. While it was there I was informed that a mechanic heard something not right with the idling and they needed to keep it over night. I was provided with a loaner vehicle.when I returned the next day I was told there was an issue with the air conditioner that was causing the car to rev up like it was and that it was fixed along with the tire being repaired due to the nail in the tire. Chuck was wrong but he never owned his wrong diagnosis or offered any apology for treating me like a woman that was imagining it. He needs to learn how to treat customers who are in a stressful situation of having an issue with their car. He needs to learn, if he can, to de escalate a situation instead of escaliting it with sarcasm and down right rudeness!

We can assure you that we do not find this type of behavior acceptable, and we would like yo adress the situation you have described. This is exactly what the service manager said! Nothingever came if it but empty words and nothing done. Sad it took a bad review to get a response. I told the person who called to "see how my experience was with my service appointment". Yet, no response even though I told her the same thing! Only when you get a public bad review that ithers can see do I get any response at all! If i could undo my carcdeal with you I would.
