Zero follow up on small requests. Sold me a jeep with no key just a working fob. The homelink was removed (rear view mirror). VIN said it came with one. I asked the sales person, Taylor, if i can get a key cut and a homelink installed. I was told its an as is sale by the used car manager. Sad way to do business. I will not recommend Lokey. More

I wish I wasn’t guaranteed a vehicle even if the plan for the current vehicle fell through. Me and my children were supper excited for our new car only for it to be snatched away from us in the end. I feel like it was irresponsible for the salesperson and the finance department to have me sign an agreement and put money down on a car that they weren’t 100 percent sure I would be able to get.
