We were greeted by Alessio right away and he listened to our wishes and concerns. He wasted no time and showed us two vehicles right away. We ended up purchasing an Atlas due to his amazing customer service! I can't say enough how listening to your customer makes all the difference! I purchased Taos last year from Lokey. Brought it in last week for a slow leak in the tire. They serviced for an unnecessary oil change when I asked about the tire leak that said oh. My son and grandchildren were in the car on a the highway when the tire light came back on and he felt something. He got off and went to Tire Kingdom. The guy said the patchwork was so bad it was fortunate my son and his family didn’t wreck. This dealership is not about their customers. Greed is all they know I have been going there for over six years , my family purchased two cars from them last year. I would never recommend this dealership. More
