Mike helped us exercise the buy out option for our lease on our Expedition. From day 1, he was super helpful and knowledgeable, and stayed on top of everything throughout the process. He even get us a bette on our Expedition. From day 1, he was super helpful and knowledgeable, and stayed on top of everything throughout the process. He even get us a better rate from our bank even though the same bank offered us a “platinum tier” rate when I called them directly. Mike went above and beyond several times during the buy out. Also, we had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Rob Lombard. He was very nice and “old school”, which is a good and rare thing. There is definitely a family culture at this dealership which sadly doesn’t exist at most other Ford dealerships around. I am looking forward to a long relationship with this dealership! More
