Austin Ward, and the rest of the team at Long McArthur were extremely professional during my visit to Salina. Never once did I feel pressured or annoyed by any of the employees. Austin, took the time to listen to what my needs were, how I wanted the transaction go, and he adjusted accordingly rather than trying to fit me into a stereotypical customer mold. I spent almost four hours negotiating the sale and not once did Austin, or Kevin Sander, the General Sales Manager whom I also met, act like their time was being wasted. From the second I walked through the door, the Long McArthur team made me feel like they wanted my business and were willing to work with me to make me one of their customers. After the sale was over, they still called to check on me and when I returned to the dealership for some minor service with the car they made me feel like I was a priority to them rather than an afterthought since the sale was completed. I highly recommend Long McArthur and will certainly do business with them in the future. More

I worked with Monte Brent on the purchase of a 2010 F150. With me being in Ga, I had to trust the values of Monte. I trusted that he told me the truth on the condition of the truck. I was actually going to buy a new fusion at another dealership but wasn't happy with the deal they were giving me. Something didn't feel right so I did a search on the internet and found dealerrater.co dealership but wasn't happy with the deal they were giving me. I had seen that Long McArthur had some good prices on the Ford Fusions and after reading the positive reviews on Darin Lee, I decided to give him a call. I have to say I am glad that I did. Not only was he extremely nice but he also got me a great deal. The other dealership I had talked to had tried to give me $2000 less for my trade and the interest rate they had secured was much higher. When it was all said and done, my payment were around $60 cheaper with Long McArthur and that was on a 5 year loan instead of 6 years. They also got me 0% interest. This was about the only time I have bought a vehicle and didn't feel like I was getting screwed in the end. I can definetly tell that Long McArthur is all about customer service. I felt like they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. The vehicle I bought was being shown in the mall and one of the staff members, Rod, even stuck around until 9:00 pm to make sure we could get it that night instead of having to wait until the next day. Anyway, like I said I am pleased with my experience. If you are thinking about buying a vehicle, you should really give Darin Lee a call. I almost didn't because I didn't want to have my credit ran again at another dealership but I am extremely glad that I did! Thank you Long McArthur and Darin Lee.
