We were making decision probably for an hour and during this time he was trying to kindly answer our questions and convince us to buy the car. But he also didn't push on us which showed his professionalism. As we decided to buy the car, it took a lot of time for the paper work, which was actually annoying, but I think that how the process goes. Other than that we've had a great experience and would definitely recommend our friends Toyota Longo Service. More
