The customer service of the service department exists with only one individual, Mark W. I had three appointments on this date for three separate vehicles, after having all vehicles there, on time, I wait with only one individual, Mark W. I had three appointments on this date for three separate vehicles, after having all vehicles there, on time, I waited for my service rep to approach in order to discuss what I was looking to have done, no one approached, not on of the three that I had a service appointment with. Numerous workers stood around chatting, not not one assisted. After walking inside and finding mark, he graciously assisted with all three, even though none of my appointments were with him. More

I was having technical difficulties that were impossible to fix. The service manager, Eddy Cooke, immediately stepped in and tirelessly worked the issues until everything was resolved.
